Description:
For our Brands, we select olive oil very carefully from the best producing areas in the Southern Peloponnese. The process we apply to the olive oil that we pack is mechanical filtration only. MEDOLIO deals also with KALAMATA olives, which we believe are probably the best olives in the world! Our installation located in Scala Laconia, is the middle of an area that produces more than 20.000 tonnes of Kalamata olives yearly. The producers hand pick the olives and bring them to us daily from the end of November trough February. We mature them for 4 to 9 months, and then put them to brine with red wine vinegar. Finally, we add the finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil to produce a unique taste. Our company is successful because we believe in producing and promoting top quality products... what about you?
