F.W.P. Matthews Ltd, F.W.P. Matthews Ltd. is an independent flour milling company owned and managed today by the great grandsons of Frederick William Powell Matthews. Our traditional mill produces a wide range of quality flours from careful blends of locally grown English wheats together with those imported from Europe, Canada & Australia. We produce wheat flours and associated products to Soil Association standards for Organic Food and Farming and Regulation (EEC) 2092/91 and have been registered for over 8 years, although it could be said that we were Organic Millers over 80 years ago as there were no fertilisers or pesticides in years gone by! We now have an extensive range to suit most processes and are also ISO9002:1994 accredited. Deliveries can be made in almost any pack size ranging from 1.5kg to 25 tonnes and we provide an efficient and personal service with regular deliveries to customers throughout the UK. Worldwide deliveries are also possible. UK
