Berkel meat tenderizers are the standard in the industry for all meat tenderizing and/or stir fry cutting applications. The Berkel meat tenderizer has been a consistent, safe, and sturdy processing machine for the toughest of kitchen environments for years and will be for years to come.
Pre-owned Model 705 meat tenderizer. The design, parts, construction, and use of the Berkel meat tenderizer are what make this machine such a great investment for all of your meat tenderizing needs. The model 705 meat tenderizers have a clear safety lid with an incorporated safety switch magnet to ensure safe operation and prevent accidents. With the safety lid in the up position, the meat tenderizer will not turn on. Only with the safety lid in the down position will you be able to operate the meat tenderizer. The Berkel model 705 meat tenderizer is also available with the optional Stir Fry basket assembly, which allows continuous cutting into strips of various products. Use the stir fry assembly to cut beef fajita meat, chicken fajitas, fish, pork, vegetables, etc. The 705 meat tenderizer is available with the stir fry cutting basket assembly in either 1/2" thickness or 3/8" thickness.
