Now, here's a useful item for your restaurant kitchen. This Beverage-Air DP119 pizza prep table has a handy double shelf attached to it with the top shelf being heated. Check out the pictures to see what I am talking about. Basically, you have an all-in-one unit. You can prepare food on the surface of the prep cooler with ingredients stored inside the cooler. Once the food is cooked and ready to go, simply put it on the top shelf. The heat lamps mounted above will keep it warm.
