Description
One older pelican head attachment for a commercial grade mixer. This item was made by Read Machinery Co., Inc. of York, PA. The blade has a half inch square nub that fits into the mixer. Works similarly to other pelican head attachments with a swinging door where you put the food and the sliced food comes out the bottom. Comes with one very heavy / thick slicing blade, that is used but still feels very shape. Cutting thickness is set by a wheel behind the blade. Attachment opens to remove blade and is hinged. This item is well used but in very good condition overall. There is no pitting or corrosion but needs a bit of a cleaning prior to use. Very heavy item for its size.
