16' art deco restaurant bar and back for immediate sale. Previously used at Smokejacks' Restaurant & Bar, Burlington, VT. Needs some TLC. Will seat at least ten people comfortably. Reportedly came from Harlem many years ago. Brought to 156 Church Street by the owner's of Vermont Pasta in the early 90s. A Vermont Pasta owner remembers paying $3K - $5K for it. Asking $3295 for quick sale.
