This unit is comprised of 4 stainless steel vats
mounted on a custom-built stainless frame. Frame
originally had one additional vat that was
removed, holes from mounting are patched but
visible. All vats have top access lids, Lauter
Tun also has front door access and view panel.
Unit was constructed for use in a
fermentation/brewing course but was never used
as it did not fit needs of
course. Unit is not fully complete. Missing
various tubes, drains, exhaust venting, mixing
blades, etc.
Stairs and catwalk are included.

Cereal Cooker�52 gallons, 10-gauge 304 stainless
steel, insulated.
Lauter Tun�52 gallons, 10-gauge 304 stainless
steel, insulated.
Mash Tun�52 gallons, 10-gauge 304 stainless

steel. Not insulated.
