Kolpak walk-in freezer box with refrigeration
components. ( pic of support beams do not go
with unit ) Item sold as is, where is, with no
implied warranty. Potential bidders are highly
encouraged to schedule an appointment to view
item prior to bidding. Before item can be
removed, winning bidder must present Elgin ISD
with ACORD Certificate of Liability Insurance
with Elgin ISD named as the certificate holder,
in the minimum amounts of: Each Occurrence:
$1,000,000.00 Damage to Premises: $100,000.00
Med Exp: $5,000.00 Personal & Adv Injury:
$1,000,000.00 General Aggregate: $2,000,000.00
Products: Included Winning bidder will need to
schedule an appointment to arrange for removal
of the unit at auction end. Winning bidder must
disassemble or otherwise remove unit and leave a
clean slab. All refrigerant must be pumped down
or properly recovered before refrigerant lines
are cut for unit relocation. Unit it currently
shut down but the refrigeration system was
functioning properly when recently in use. This
equipment was originally installed in 2012.
