The is the latest invention of 2016 - A fully automated tabletop dumpling /pierogi machine. It's small but can produce up to 1200 dumplings per hour and use only 750W of electricity (110Vor220V). Much better choice than those traditional large expensive dumpling machines which are hard to operate, use a lot of power and noisy. Traditional dumpling machines mostly use extrusion technology which generate a lot of heat and degrade the taste of dough (dumpling skin). But this new machine use small rollers to achieve the same result of hand-made dumplings. It can preserve the taste of the dumpling when cooking: A big difference and achievement!
The size of dumpling is adjustable. The thickness of the dumpling skin is also adjustable. This machine is made of stainless steel (165 lbs). It comes in 2 parts and can be moved around by one person. It is very reliable and easy to operate, easy to clean. You can put it on a table or on a cart.
