�12 gallon capacity. 16 3/4" x 24" cooking surface, 7" deep.
�Stainless steel pan with NSF approved coved interior corners.
�Formed pouring lip.
�Pan pivots on trunnions. Can be fully tilted.
�Snap acting thermostat adjustable from 160� to 450� F.
�Stainless steel front and sides.
�Solid sheathed heating elements imbedded in 1 1/2" thick aluminum castings affixed to bottom for even heat distribution. Elements cut off when pan is tilted 5�.
