•12 gallon capacity. 16 3/4" x 24" cooking surface, 7" deep.
•Stainless steel pan with NSF approved coved interior corners.
•Formed pouring lip.
•Pan pivots on trunnions. Can be fully tilted.
•Snap acting thermostat adjustable from 160° to 450° F.
•Stainless steel front and sides.
•Solid sheathed heating elements imbedded in 1 1/2" thick aluminum castings affixed to bottom for even heat distribution. Elements cut off when pan is tilted 5°.
•208V 1 phase, 35.6 Amps. NOTE: this piece of equipment is designed to be hard wired by your professional electrician for optimal service.
