HOT TEMPERATURE SECTION: has 2ea. "10 level tray slide" modules side by side.
The hot section stainless steel tray slide modules accommodate two TEMP-TECH style food delivery trays on each pair of slides, one front and one back.
The slides are 3.5" on center.
Heater assembly is 120V, 1PH, 13.7 AMPS, 1651 WATTS. (Removable electric cord not included.)
AMBIENT TEMPERATURE SECTION: typically would accommodate room temperature or cold foods. When delivering cold foods, the operator would insert a frozen "ICE PAK" module which acts like a refrigeration system, not included and available on an optional basis.
There are two "12 level tray slide" modules that will accommodate 9-5/8" x 15" compartment meal trays on each pair of slides, one front and one in back.
The slides are 3.5" on center.
Transport cart features Correctional Package safety hinges and hardware.
Transport cart features extra heavy duty 7.75" diameter x 1.75" casters, 2 with brakes.
Transport cart features extra heavy duty "Gravi-Lok" 90 degree angled door lock flange to assure safe transport.
Transport cart features all stainless steel exterior and interior.
Transport cart features insulated contruction for maximized food safety.
The top of the transport cart can accommodate two hot and cold insulated "Cambro-style" beverage carriers, not included and available on an optional basis.
