NOTE: School system equipment is much "younger" than the date on the data plate suggests because, unlike "Correctional", "Hotel", "Hospital" or "Resort" facilities, the equipment is used for just one meal a day, not 3 meal periods. This equipment was used only for the 9 month school calendar, not year round like other institutions.
