HC RHODES KOOK-E-KING HIGH CAPACITY WIRE CUT COOKIE DROPPER FORMER is THE SECRET if you want to be able to consistently produce uniform cookies and formed baked goods time-after-time. Machine accepts 18" x 26" full size sheet pans and moves in a syncopated manner. Can be easily operated by one or two persons.
A dramatic labor saving device that increases production and eliminates carpel-tunnel workers' compensation claims because there is no longer the tedious hand motions of scooping, squeezing, positioning and unloading cookie dough balls.
