True® food prep tables put everything you need to prepare salads or sandwiches at your fingertips. This model allows you to work from either side. The stainless steel top provides a comfortable work space and each unit includes a NSF approved polyethylene cutting board. The back hood and lid can be removed to make cleaning easy. An environmentally friendly refrigeration system and Ecomate insulation holds temperatures inside the storage area between 33° and 41°F. The self-closing cabinet doors have a 90° stay open feature for easy access.
