Features an adjustable timer and an accurate capped tube thermometer to sense display cabinet temperature. "Simplex" humidifying system is easy to maintain - nothing to clog up or fill with deposits. Use plain tap water in the accessory water pan to prolong freshness during display. Reinforced stringers across each shelf hold most large sizes of pizza pans.
